Warratina Lavender Farm ensures the potency and quality of all our products. If a product is received by you in a damaged or substandard condition, return it within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.

Returns and refunds

We can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We can refund your credit card or provide a Gift Voucher/Gift Certificate which is valid for 12 months, whichever is preferred.

Product returns can be made by post in an envelope, satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport. Please return your item and Return and Exchange Form to the following address:

Exchange

To complete an exchange, include the name, type and cost of the new product you require. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you.
