Ingredients:
- 250ml thickened cream
- 360g condensed milk
- 120g lavender honey
- 3-5 drops of Munstead essential lavender oil
Optional
- 1-2 drops red food colouring
- 1-2 drops blue food colouring
- Fresh Munstead lavender for decoration
- Fresh strawberries for decoration
Method:
- Place the condensed milk, honey and lavender oil in a bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine.
- Add cream and beat (wooden spoon, hand blender or countertop/stand mixer) until the mixture is the consistency of thick cream.
- If you are using food colouring, add it now.
- Pour into a glass or plastic container and freeze until set. Or use an ice-cream machine.
- Serve decorated with fresh lavender and/or strawberries.
