Ingredients:

Optional

  • 1-2 drops red food colouring
  • 1-2 drops blue food colouring
  • Fresh Munstead lavender for decoration
  • Fresh strawberries for decoration

Method:

  1. Place the condensed milk, honey and lavender oil in a bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine.
  2. Add cream and beat (wooden spoon, hand blender or countertop/stand mixer) until the mixture is the consistency of thick cream.
  3. If you are using food colouring, add it now.
  4. Pour into a glass or plastic container and freeze until set. Or use an ice-cream machine.
  5. Serve decorated with fresh lavender and/or strawberries.
