One of our best selling items in the shop, this honey is made using natural cold pressed honey, infused with our very own grown and dried Munstead lavender. Use it to sweeten drinks instead of sugar, or mix with freshly squeezed lemon juice to relieve cold symptoms. We recommend it drizzled over poached pears as a special dessert, or just spread lavishly on toast & crumpets.
